Implementing a dynamic PR strategy and influencer awareness initiative

Cybercrime Support Network (CSN) sought out to work with TOP to address a key obstacle many organizations face: building brand recognition. Despite their valuable expertise in assisting individuals and small businesses with cybercrime issues, CSN struggled to gain the visibility and credibility needed to make a meaningful impact. The Brief

Cybercrime Support Network enrolled in TOP’s PR program to tackle the significant challenge of gaining recognition in an increasingly crowded and competitive cybersecurity landscape. As a resource dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of cybercrime, CSN needed a way to stand out and establish itself as a credible authority. Despite its expertise, the brand struggled with visibility and engagement. TOP’s PR program was designed to amplify CSN’s message, positioning them as a trusted resource while driving awareness and media attention to support its mission. We also implemented social media campaigns, in partnership with influential content creators, to highlight Cybercrime Support Network’s key message and amplify the brand’s experties on cybercrime awareness.

The Executive

TOP executed Cybercrime Support Network’s strategy by launching an impactful influencer campaign that engaged key audiences through Instagram Reels and in-feed posts, amplifying CSN’s messaging on relevant cybersecurity topics. Alongside this, we implemented a strategic PR campaign, positioning the client as a credible resource on trending macro and micro topics. Through this proactive and reactive media outreach approach, TOP generated a high quantity and regular cadence of coverage in top tier publications such as ConsumerAffairs, US News and World Report, Forbes, among others. Additionally, we rolled out a quarterly theme initiative, leveraging CSN spokespeople as thought leaders in the industry to provide expert commentary and insights on the cybersecurity landscape.

The Result

TOP Agency executed the Cybercrime Support Network PR program by establishing it as a go-to resource for media commentary on cybercrime and security topics, generating a high volume of regular coverage. By highlighting the organization’s expertise and focusing on CSN’s specific quarterly initiatives, TOP created value and educated audiences on critical cybercrime issues.
