What is your marketing agency’s approach to day-to-day client management for Austin brands?

We have built our account management systems, procedures, and teams around four fundamental principles:  be proactive, responsive, flexible, and transparent.

These four principles allow for seriously fast feedback loops with our Austin clients. They're so fast, we're known for being a rapid strike agency.  When a famous brand came to us asking for help to create a global activation on only two weeks notice (because another agency was unable to execute that fast), we proactively reached out to an existing sponsor with a partnership plan, wrote a series of video scripts and responded quickly to brand feedback, mobilized our internal film crew in a flexible production schedule with overnight video editing, and transparently reported on our progress each step of the way.

When we work collaboratively, it's primarily through three ways. As the lead agency managing work across teams and companies, as an agency-council member, working in parallel with other great minds, or by filling in gaps other agencies have in their own capabilities. Our team-oriented approach builds trust with our colleagues in other agencies and we've earned a reputation as a flexible partner that can roll with changing agency roles in order to get the best for our clients.  We work hard with our partner agencies, and then grab a drink at the Grackle down the street.

Thanks to our diverse, global staffing capabilities, w are able to manage human and technology resources in a way that ensures the right resources and skill set are set against the right initiatives. We do this through a four-step resource allocation and management process: holistic brainstorming, task breakdown, resource alignment, and resource allocation.

Throughout our campaigns we work shoulder to shoulder (regardless of the actual distance between us) to produce an end-to-end result that crosses disciplinary boundaries.  As a completely unique hybrid of local agency with global scale, we combine vertical integration with the ability to make rapid course corrections with successes that more traditional agencies simply can't achieve.

Our in-house data analytics, creative, and social media teams constantly monitor real-time Google search data, Twitter hashtags, YouTube plays, and news headlines to identify trending conversations and map cross-channel insights. We apply those insights within the wireframe of our established marketing plans, making tweaks or course correcting based on what is trending — in real time. All the while still connecting the conversation back to our core brand messaging goals.
