A MULTICULTURAL MARKETING AGENCY IS BORN
Our multicultural marketing practice began when Meow Mix—yes, the cat food—asked us to help them connect with a new generation. We launched the Cat’s Meow Awards alongside the Oscars, tapping into millennial internet culture with a digital-first campaign that sparked over 250,000 social shares and 133 million impressions.
That early success taught us the power of cultural fluency, which we deepened in our work with M&T Bank. Serving an incredibly diverse customer base, M&T needed help communicating authentically across communities. We conducted grassroots interviews, created multilingual educational materials, and developed localized brand guides that reflected the real voices of the people they served.
When the pandemic hit, the Georgia Municipal Association tapped us to help drive vaccine awareness across the state. We crafted hyper-targeted messages for different communities—from rural Hispanic enclaves to urban Black neighborhoods—building trust through cultural specificity and community-first storytelling.

At the national level, Quest Diagnostics partnered with us to bring their Quest for Health Equity initiative to life. We developed a cross-cultural campaign that spanned languages, geographies, and income levels—highlighting the company’s commitment to reducing health disparities.
Later, Kayanoya, one of Japan’s most respected culinary brands, approached us for their U.S. launch. We helped them gain traction within the Japanese diaspora, then expanded awareness through thoughtful digital strategy, web design, and content that resonated with new audiences unfamiliar with the brand’s heritage.
