A pivotal moment in our agency's history arrived when we were entrusted by M&T Bank, among the nation’s Top 10 largest banks, to serve as their Multicultural Agency of Record. This collaboration allowed us to conduct a robust brand analysis of Hispanic marketing, delving into the unique cultural and economic landscapes of Eastern and Southeastern U.S. This experience solidified our understanding of the diverse segments within the Hispanic community and the importance of data-driven insights.
We've also played a vital role in empowering Hispanic-focused educational institutions, including extensive work for the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU). This ongoing work includes redesigning the association’s brand, website, and digital platform—plus increasing brand awareness through a revamped marketing program and always-on PR plan.
