1) Understanding of Scope:
When the branding agency is hired, the first and most important task is to be aligned on the scope of work. When a good outline is provided by the business leader, the branding agency will understand the scope of work, ask questions and finalise a way forward. This is the first step to a successful agency & client relationship
2) Provide a Proposal:
Once the scope is finalized a branding agency will brainstorm with their team, on ideas for your brand and come up with a proposal that will include the ideas, tactics, forms of execution along with a price quote. This is an important document as it can either impress or disappoint the client.
3) Agree on Execution Timelines:
Once the proposal is accepted by the client, an agency and the client must agree on execution timelines. This is an important step to set deadlines and expectations.
4) Develop Branding Materials:
Once all the paperwork is finalized, the branding agency will work with their internal teams and the client to develop the visuals, messaging and platforms of execution. This is usually a long process and requires multiple back and forth between the client team and agency.
